LNG L-CNG combinated refuelling

The combinated refuelling offers/provides the option of refuelling L-CNG as well als LNG at one filling station. Using this application both filling lines operate with the same LNG-storage tank. At the end piece of each filling line is at least one dispenser – either for LNG- or CNG-vehicles.

Process:

The LNG located in the storage tank is transported to the atmospheric vaporisers by means of a cryogenic pump kit under a pressure of approximately 300 bar. The LNG evaporates in the process at reaches the monitoring panel in the gaseus state which regulates the pressure distribution in the CNG pressure tank. The pressure tank itself operates with either one, two or three pressure stages that are relevant for gradual refuelling. The CNG reaches the vehicle via a dispenser. Our basic package includes a two-stage pressure tank.

The cryogenic LNG from the storage tank is being transported to the dispenser by means of a cryogenic pump. The LNG in the storage tank is being constantly mantained on a saturated level. Thus, the LNG can be used in all available LNG-vehicles.The LNG reaches the vehicle tank by means of a dispenser.
